Anyone take alergy meds?
Hears some advice for ya, STOP.
The first sign of a runny nose and a headach and most parents run there kid to there DR and He/She tells the parent the kid has allergies,
Your body has to go through a crappy period before it knows to produce antibodies to what ever made you feel crappy, If you take a medication to supress that crappy feeling your body will never produce the antibody, and, not only that each time the crappy feeling comes around it will get worse , so you take more medication.
For most old people its to late, but don't let your kids or grandkids take allery meds.
The best place to take your kids while they are 3-6 years old is a day care, even if you don't need a day care, They will get sick , but the up side is they will also get all there amunities they need to servive in life.
Drug companies that have allergy commercials want to sell you drugs, nothing more, You start taking allergy meds and you will continue for ever.
