Default speeking of movies

For the last year or so I have been trying to get agents and writers to read a script I have written, No one wants to look at it even and most want a couple $100. for an application for them to look at it. So Im just going to put the idea out there, I don't care anymore.

58,000 good a decent people 11-01-2004

Series for TV, or movie
Starts out a group of Army people are walking away from you in a waste deep swamp. A large caption reads, ?THIS IS NOT A VIETNAM MOVIE? then a smaller caption reads ?South Vietnam June 1967? At that time a huge fire fight erupts and several people are killed and injured, As the camera zooms in on one soldier holding a buddy in his arms the Camera then zooms out to find the soldier sitting at a table 30 or so years later he is at his book signing, The camera goes to his book, ?58,000 good and decent people? on the cover of his book is a picture of ?The Wall? in Washington DC.
In the background there is this guy talking loud outside the store. He is telling everyone that he is a servant from God and he is looking for a good and decent person that he says God will grant eternal life, There is a table next to him with what looks to be a sign up sheet with no names on it. The Author gets up from his book signing and goes to confront the nut outside who is chasseing away his customers. A small argument is started with the servant of God stating that he is looking for just one Good and decent person so he can report back to God that he had found one. The Author then put his book on the servants table as the camera zooms in on the name of the book ?58,000 Good and decent people? The Author says here you go, Here?s 58,000 for you. With that the servant took the book and left, Thinking he was done with the servant of God, he went back to his book signing. In a short time he got on a plane for his home. When he pulled up in the front of his house the Servant of God was there to meet him. The Author was a little upset that this guy had followed him home and how did he get hear so fast. The Servant of God explained that God agreed with the Author, that these were 58,000 good and decent people and that the servant of God should do some miracle to prove that God is indeed involved. So the author said ok servant make me a BMW , and POOOOF a new BMW appears in the guys driveway. This shocked the Author and they went inside the house. The servant then purposes a venture for the author if he chooses, The venture would be to take each one of these 58,000 back to there home to find closure for there life. He would spend 3 days with each person and they would not be able to be seen by the soldiers love ones, after the three days the person would ascend to heaven. Each story would involve the individual who?s name is on the wall and his or her family in some ?little House on the Prairie? story. The author would be able to start at the first name or the last name and go through the whole list with each person on the wall. As each persons name is done on the wall, some sparkles would appear around the name. 58,000 weeks later the TV series would end.

I'd watch all 58,000 episodes Ron.

50,000 NAMES by Jamie O'Hara

There's teddy bears and high school rings,
And old photographs that mamas bring.
Of daddies with their young boys playin' ball.
There's combat boots he used to wear,
When he was sent over there.
And there's 50,000 names carved in the wall.

There's cigarettes and cans of beer,
And notes that say: "I miss you dear."
And children who don't say anything at all.
There's purple hearts and packs of gum,
Fatherless daughters and fatherless sons.
And there's 50,000 names carved in the wall

They come from all across this land,
In pick-up trucks and mini vans,
Searchin' for a boy from long ago.
They scan the wall and find his name,
The teardrops fall like pourin' rain,
Then silently they leave a gift and go.
There's stars of David and rosary beads,
And crucifixion figurines,
And flowers of all colours large and small.
There's a boy scout badge and a merit pin,
Little American flags wavin' in the wind.
And there's 50,000 names carved in the wall

50,000 names carved in the wall.
