Shot her husband in the back and took off with her three children. She confessed to the shooting. On the surface she should be taken back to the house where she shot her husband and she should be shot in the back and her relitives notified to pick her up. But thats not the way it will play out, 1st it will cost the taxpayers a bunch of money then she will be taken care of by the state (taxpayers) for the rest of her life. All she had to do was leave, but No that wasn't good enough.

Many years ago I did a research project and thesis on incest within the context of the church. It was published and some folks even used it as a text for teaching on the dynamics of incest.
Possibility of incest but most wifes are enablers in that they usually work at covering up the "family secret" and try to figure out how they can get out of situation with the least embarrassment. However, she may not have been a typical woman. Who knows why, I'm sure we'll find out in months to come. He may have been having an affair outside the marriage.

seems people are making excuses for her and not even giving the dead guy a day in court. What ever the reason she did it for wasn't good enough, all she had to do was leave and if she felt he was doing something against the law, call 911, shooting him in the back just lets people speculate as to why.
She deserves a day in court but so did he, What ever she says now about him will be what is held up as "the truth" .
Just before she gets to tell her side of what happened she should be shot in the back.

No doubt the Gal lost it real bad but why and under what circumstances is yet to be known. My sense of it is some kind of tight control environment that went over some real or imagined line and blew out, but that is just circumstantial speculation.

She?s up for murder one, has admitted guilt, so not much to do but figure out why. And most likely, that will not make up a defense package unless something really, really threatening or kinked-out was happening.
The TBI will get it all sorted out before long, they are very good at what they do. Too bad for all, my heart hurts for the kiddos.

The stupid thing with this woman is that she has now left her kids with no parent at all. Even if she says she did it for a reason she will never get those kids back because she did it with them in the house.

I agree with Ron, when need the whole story before we start throwing stones at someone for something he "might" of done.There is no reason to kill like she did. If he did do something there were other ways to deal with it than expose your children to that sort of thing.
