Defense Department Disavows Santorum?s WMD Claims

Today, Sen. Rick Santorum (R-PA) and Rep. Peter Hoekstra (R-MI) held a press conference and announced ?we have found weapons of mass destruction in Iraq.? Santorum and Hoekstra are hyping a document that describes degraded, pre-1991 munitions that were already acknowledged by the White House?s Iraq Survey Group and dismissed .


Fox News? Jim Angle contacted the Defense Department who quickly disavowed Santorum and Hoekstra?s claims. A Defense Department official told Angle flatly that the munitions hyped by Santorum and Hoekstra are ?not the WMD?s for which this country went to war.?

Fox?s Alan Colmes broke the news to Santorum.

This crap ain't nothing new................, it was clearly 'dismissed' as irrelevant by the Presidents own 'White House?s Iraq Survey Group', David Kay and just about everyone else in authority.

It's no more than just a misguided 'stunt' by Sanitorium (sp OK) to try and save his butt because he is eighteen percentage points (18%) behind his opponent for re-elction to the Senate.

This little piece of unscrupulous, deceptive propaganda should nail the door shut on his political coffin.

Just so that the obvious needs to be highlighted again for the hsyterically blind, of course the weapons recently found aren't the same as the weapons for which we went to war. And irespective of the fact that they can't grasp the obvious, WMD's weren't the ONLY reason we went to war, a fact that has been reiterated for the umpteenth time, only to fall of the plugged ears of those who will not hear.

I wonder, and thoroughly doubt, that the naysayers would want or allow one of those canisters of sarin or other poisons to be opened in their cushy little offices, now would they?

You can't change the mind of a zombie. As you can see, these 'zombies' can only react to facts and truth with vindictive personal attacks and a stupifying degree of intellectual dishonesty. They must be terribly exhausted from their little game of pretend, ya know?

And please, please don't forget that it's these folks who are supporting these treasonous misfits that want to give the men who tortured and murdered those two soldiers recently.......... amnesty !
