Default Deer sausage

Just put a link in the pan for lunch. 60% Deer 40% Pork, Garlic and pepper spices, Home made in the kitchen sink about a week ago, Hand grinder and a 2x4 over the sink, went to the store and bought a Picnic ham, A friend has a sausage stuffer and the cases. You women don't want to know what the cases are.

Looks like some good sausage too

FYI: ya'll there are two types of Sausage Casings natural and Gelatin based. Most natural casings are made from cleaned out animale small intestines, the Gelatin based are ground up hooves and horns boiled till they turn to glue and high pressured formed into caseings. both are bio degradeable and you only taste the meat anyway enjoy the sausage and "don't worry be happy"

Do you use a pig caseing or a deer casing? I'd help you chow one of those down while we were working on my Jap car! Hell,
I'd buy the beer as long as it wasn't some swamp piss like Budwiser!

SP
Pig, and New York is to far and they will have to pay me to go there again. But, I agree about Butt wiper.
Camp fire, Deer sausage, pot of sweet corn and a tub of Miller Lite, All you need are a few friends. Maybe a little Texas Two step music. and a squeeze.

I'll help out with the sausage and pass on the Miller. Gotta support my A.B. stock. Gonna go out on Thanksgiving day for the elusive whitetail. 6 points or better...well I'll try.

39,
Heres a little local treat to try if you're into testing spices. www.hometownprovisions.com. The owner was a firefighter in the same company I was.

Q

That picture is a little big don't ya think?
Thanks for the link. I saved it to my favorites.

I could never drink Bud, That is an acquired taste, Most bud guys say that any other beer just don't taste like beer. Most every other beer drinker says they don't like Bud because of the taste?

Ive been drinking Miller for so long I just follow the path in the tile floor to the Miller at the store.

39,
Just had to get the point across. I have to say though, I had the worst tasting Bud in Guantanamo Bay. Gave me the worst headaches I've ever had.

Budweiser shouldn't even come under the catagory of beer. Sam Adams...now that's beer!

Rev,
I agree. A little black and tan together has a bit of a bite. Nice mix though. Good separation when poured correctly.

Steve,

When I was in England and Scotland, I made it a personal crusade to judge the merits of black-and-tans. It's a damn nice mix. At least that's what I was told I said.
