From Protest - To A Crime Against The State

‘So’ - Just where is the line ‘legitimately’ drawn between “legal protest and a crime against the state” and just who determines the difference? And for that matter, since when has “Our Peaceful Freedom of Speech”, as guaranteed by “Our Very First Amendment”, ever been transformed into a crime that is punishable by arrest, fines and incarceration? “And don’t try to tell me that every protest ends up in violence – however, you can not tell me that no policing agency (worldwide) has not ever overstepped its authority either!!”
