Nguyen Cao Ky was received by Mr Pham The Duyet in the ceremonial
reception room of the Patriotic Front.

They sat under a large bust of Uncle Ho discussing the future of
Vietnam and the role of Boat People in building a modern Vietnam.
They both wished that the participation of Boat People will be
important and El Chino concurs.

Uncle Ho covered with his benevolent glaze the bodies of two former
enemy but now reunited as his beloved grandsons.

I believe that Mr Mi't Ky` did not visit the Patriotic Front since no
major news agency has reported such visit. Although the disgrace Ky`
tried to kowtow VietGianCongDang, he has no business with Patriotic
Front at least at this stage.

However, there were rumors that he has dinner at Mr Nguyen Dinh Bin's
house, at which he was invited for a role of Vice chairman of the
Patriotic Front, so he might have a joke or two about this
organization.
