Montana Deer and Elk hunt

Joan and I are leaving saturday morning for montana. first night Missoula then on to west yellowstone where we will spend day 2 and night 2 then travel north to I-90 east to columbus where we will spend night 3 the next morning we meet up with my shipmate and friend Bill and go hunting after that we stay at his place as long as it takes. I don't care about elk but I love deer. I'll shoot a elk if given a chance but don't go out of my way to hunt them. They are too big and my back can't pack them out as easily as I once did. so I sort of stick to what I can do. wish me luck and Griz we will be stoping on our way back.
