Raider wins 3rd ID Career Counselor of the Year Board

Staff Sgt. Manuel Cabrera, a career counselor with 1st Battalion, 41st Field Artillery, 1st Brigade Combat Team, 3rd Infantry Division, won the 3rd ID career counselor of the year board at Contingency Operating Base Speicher, Aug. 4.
