Droughts Come In Many Forms!

Not all droughts are brought about by the lack of rainfall! Some in fact, are begun by those who constantly talk the talk, but lack what it takes to translate their words into actions of any positive or constructive consequence!

The old saying about “Talk being cheap” is never truer than when that chatter is instituted by those with a purely political or monetary agenda! For that matter, men and women of action are sometimes in painfully short supply within a few bastions of government! And should you doubt this analogy - then I invite you to do a little research of your own into the campaign promises of yore? “And for that matter, just what makes anyone think that the elections of 2015 will produce an epiphany of change and honesty?”

“Droughts do indeed come in many different forms and shapes”, but when a nation (any nation) also suffers from an absence of truth, then as Abraham Lincoln once said in “His Gettysburg Address”, can that nation, or any nation so conceived and so dedicated long endure?

The solution is clear and obvious in my opinion, it being - “Hold all politician, regardless of their political party affiliations, to their word of honor, as well as to their campaign promises and commitments! “Nations, as well as individual elections, can often be contaminated by liars!”
