Default Welcome AirForce30228

Good guy comes into the store the other day and since I can't keep my mouth shut about Patriotfiles a couple of days later I get a PM from one of our newest members, AirForce30228.
Hey! He might be Air Force but I won't hold that against him. Who else could have a drive in theater in Vietnam in 1968? Visited my oldest brother in Florida a couple of months ago. He's retired AF and so we visited his old base while Jo and I were down there. Huge BX but more like a mall, several theaters, two eighteen hole golf courses and a yacht club. All on base. Only the Air Force can have it so hard. Always wanted to know if the Air Force used a sand wedge during Desert Storm?
Anyway we won't hold it against you Chris and glad your here with us. Make yourself at home.

That's exactly what this board needs, MORE AIR FORCE!!!

AF30228, don't listen to the swabbies, dog faces, or jarheads. They're just jealous 'cause they signed the wrong papers.;-)

Welcome to the best Military Site on the web.

So, your AF, in 1968.

Was you happen to be in Cam Rhan Bay then? I sure was. and we only had a swimming pool, EM Club, NCO club, Officers Club, Chapel, and an outdoor theater. Good Massage parlor over at the AFB there also and a good diner at the Army base ( convolence base )

Oh yeah, we also had indoor plumbing thanks to you Air Force personnel. After you had it, so why couldnt us Navy also.??

Welcome aboard and feel free to post your experiences.

reeb.....

enough.......
