EQUAL JUSTICE UNDER THE LAW IS (in some cases) NOTHING MORE THAN A SHAM!!

Who of you out there can say with all certainty that the wealthy, the connected, and the privileged, are privy to the same strict standards as are the common people! As such, do you really believe (even for a brief moment) that crimes committed by the accepted few are not overlooked or treated with far less (if any) severity than any attributed to you or I? :cd:

Case in point (AGAIN) - when a highly placed, federal-level government official, took it upon himself (for whatever reason) to overlook hard evidence, his actions were ignored by even higher powers! "As a matter of fact, they may have even been accepted as standard practice!"

And when this very same upper-level honcho sanctified, in writing, the outright perjury of one of his lesser employees, even though it was obvious (and proven) that falsifications had taken place while this clown was under oath, the protective cone of silence was immediately dropped into place - closely followed by a lucrative retirement or two! NOW I ASK YOU - IS THAT TRUE JUSTICE?

"Now just how far would you get if you attempted to pull off a similar scenario?"

Well, it ain?t over until the fat broad sings, and she ain?t even begun to warm up her vocal cords yet!!

In the event that some of you haven't caught onto to what I am doing, then I will tell you in plain English!

In my redundant airing of the dishonor that I believe resides deep within the malignant souls of a scant few cads who dwell deep within the power structure of the VA (as well as some of it's support mechanisms), I had hoped to convince these people that therein rests the stuff of their eventual damnation!! (opinion)

It's like Patton once said (more or less): "If you can instill a little pride into those who deal from the bottom of the deck, then maybe you can resurrect a little honor (if there is any there to begin with) into the being of the down and dirty!"

By deluging the airwaves with facts that prove that lies, double dealing, and other sundry dirty tricks, are a mainstay of a few within the system, maybe I thought that the truth would set us all free!

Well thus-far, all that I have witnessed from the Powers That Be, as a reaction to the provable truth, is that some of the people who orchestrated vile experimentation upon our own, and/or engaged in the lying cover-ups that surfaced after the fact, have slipped even deeper into the mounds of disgusting excrement that they are still generating!

After all is said and done, however, at least these individuals can not say that they had no knowledge of the filth that they were engaging in? Actions, again in my opinion, that would make even a billy-goat puke in disgust!!

They know what they have done, and are doing, and as such, at least in my opinion, they will someday (maybe sooner than they think) pay the price for their underhanded ways!

Had someone told me in my youth that there were vermin in our midst who could (and have) gleefully engaged in experimentation upon our own, or who would be so cowardly as to lie redundantly (even under an oath to God and Country) for nothing more lasting or noble than position or clique affiliation, I would have passed it off as impossible! "Well Live & Learn!"

"The final chapter, however, is yet to be written!"

When will these human slugs learn that some people just grow stronger when push comes to shove, and with all of their corrupted resources and all of their deceit, truth will (in one way or another) prevail - COUNT ON IT!

Now to those whom I am referring, I have but one final (for now) remark to bring forth - it being:

"CRAWL BACK UNDER YOUR GOLD-ENCRUSTED ROCKS, YOUR DAY IS COMING!"

"They say that when insults, even truthful ones, cease to bother a person, that person is far beyond redemption!!"

Beg to differ about your: "Scant few cads" conclusion.

Given the MANY Honorable (theoretically?) other men and women you've approached for addressing your longtime (over 16 years) Service related medical travesty have done zilch for you,...I would re-evaluate that: "Scant few" bit.

After all, Men (Women also) of Honor DOING NOTHING or passing-the-buck about such,...are actually NO BETTER than any other high ranking beaurocrats cavalierly lording themselves over and to the impediment or detriment of ANY Honorable Veterans.

ONLY ONE Honorable Veteran being perpetually waltzed-around and screwed-over by Fellow Honorable(?) Veterans,...is ONE TOO MANY for me. Hey,...who knows. There might come a time when even I need some assistance? Wouldn't want to be put through the same hell on earth time,...you've already gone through. Hey again,...just call me: "Chicken" (or practical).

Hey,...Rick? Ever approached The U.S. Attorney General for getting a square deal from the adversarial or nemesis like acting (for yourself and others) VA?
Might not be a very bad idea? Well, at least until The VA like many other powerful and omnipotent entities,...ALSO have A Civilian Revue Board to insure that "They" don't close ranks against The Public's best interests, safety and we beings, ALSO.

And besides, don't Honorable Veterans deserve at least the same protection against the: "Let Them Eat Cake" Crowd (Local, State and Federal),...as do The General Public, anyway? Aren't Veterans Citizens, ALSO?

FRIEND NEIL -

You name them, and chances are - I HAVE CONTACTED THEM! This includes the honorable Attorney General and President alike.

It hurts me no end, however, to see the need of this fine site, and not being able to help even a little bit! And as it sits right now, even my old car is siting lifeless in the yard. I, however, will get through this minor setback and keep on trucking!

I feel relatively good however, as my youngest son is on the slow mend from that accident. Naturally, he is still in pain, but this too shall pass (hopefully)!
