If it wasn't for the fact that Senitors are mindless spinless dorks when it comes to voting, I would be in favor of getting rid of the philibuster. But all the Democrats vote Democratic and all the republicans vote republican. If they would vote how they feel and not vote a way just because there party leader say to vote this way.
I would say that, first , In my opinion, Judges should not have a party afiliation. Judges should be neither Democrat or republican, they should be judges. And not appointed by any party, but elected by the people.
