It Must Be Nice To Be A God?
My incessant bitching about the State of Arizona?s attempts to usurp the throne of God, at least as concerns the Phoenix-Corner of that Heat-Blistered Cat Box, is not limited to but a single bureaucratic entity! Anyone who has ever followed the ebb and flow of national news knows that the pious attitudes of many a bureaucratic buffoon is overly fueled by the misplaced authority that is often imbued within the mentally and/or morally weak!
However, when any gaggle of inbred (governmentally speaking) mini-gods is allowed to totally disregard and ignore laws and rules that govern the average-Joe's daily actions and existence, who then draws the line? Certainly not their "Misguided Peers within The (often corrupted) Powers That Be?"
With the positive decisions (2) in my son's favor, made by a pair of caring administrative law judges in Arizona recently, regarding the granting of medical treatment for the lad, one would think that the situation had finally been resolved? However, even at that, a few ?MANURE FOR BRAINS, SYSTEMIC BUREAUCRATS" are still refusing to adhere to the law! They are still opting to engage in their morally and legally blind ignorance of that law by pulling up every dirty stinking ploy that they could dig free from their odious backsides! "I have often wondered who is pulling their strings from behind the scenes?"
As a matter of fact, these wanna-be idols latest line of bull dumplings includes (now get this): ?The judges' decision now has to go to the numerous other State agencies to be acted upon there, and at this stage of the game (and a vicious game it is), we do not know where the case now resides?!"
Of course, and it is only my opinion, I once mistakenly believed that the law really did apply to all men (and women) equally? I also thought that when an edict was made by the proper authority, in this case the honorable judges, it was for lesser bureaucratic beings to obey and act upon that mandate - but apparently not!?
It seems that at least in some segments of government and it?s "Cling Along Agencies?, if an underling does not like (or agree with) the decision of his (or her) bosses, they merely ignore a ruling, at least in the State of Arizona? ?I had no idea that a scant few churlish elements within our 48th State were so damned omnipotent and unaccountable??
Well, the bottom line here is this - ?Now that these people have finally come to the realization (maybe) that I am not just going to fade away, isn't it about time that a few of these "Well-Positioned and Arrogant Bums" that I have been privy to, join the ranks of the unemployed, if even the jobless within our struggling society would have them?"
"Again, I did not start this damned war, but by God (the real God and not the State of Arizona), a war it is, all the way from the civil end of this affair, on down to the potentially (?) criminal end of this State?s vested and callously cold dealings in this matter!"
It should have been a dead give-away to me, some years back, when I was returning from dropping my son off at university in "Upper-State Arizona!" I stopped for gasoline in a small desert town hidden away out on Highway 60. A town that boasted more illegals (opinion) than any enclave that is nestled right along the International Border itself!?
It was there that "Two Smart-Mouthed, Arizona State Highway Employees", after noticing my "Shakey-Side Plates", asked in a beligerant tone: "What part of California are you from?" And when I answered - out around San Diego, one of the socially-retarded asses responded, and I quote: "Why don't you go back there!" My response back to him in return, of course, was equally as cordial and polite!!
I was raised to believe that a man does not court trouble. However, neither does he roll over when it is thrust into his face! And no ?REAL MAN? sits idly by when he or his family is the target of a "Bureaucratically-Orchestrated Malignancy" that categorizes all others as not worthy of common courtesy, just because they hail from a neighboring State, in this case California!
?NOW, DID I LEAVE ANY DAMNED DOUBT ABOUT HOW I FEEL??
