Default Two congressmen treated after car accident in Iraq

Murphy, Skelton airlifted to Landstuhl after wreck

By Steve Mraz, Stars and Stripes
Mideast edition, Tuesday, November 29, 2005

LANDSTUHL, Germany ? One U.S. congressman has been released and another is being treated at Landstuhl Regional Medical Center after suffering injuries when a military vehicle the men were in crashed on its way to the Baghdad airport Saturday.

Following treatment, Rep. Tim Murphy, R-Pa., left Landstuhl Regional Medical Center early Monday afternoon on a flight back to the United States, said Marie Shaw, Landstuhl spokeswoman. Rep. Ike Skelton, D-Mo., remains under care at the hospital.

Skelton, 73, is doing just fine, said Lara Battles, Skelton?s press secretary.

?I?ve been told he?s doing very well,? said Battles during a phone interview from Washington.

The congressmen were admitted to Landstuhl Regional Medical Center around 11 a.m. Sunday, Shaw said. The men were airlifted to Germany from Iraq.

Murphy, 53, told CNN he underwent an MRI at Landstuhl.

The congressmen were traveling in an armored vehicle convoy when an oncoming truck did not yield. The vehicle the congressmen were traveling in hit something, flipped in the air and landed on its side.

Just before the accident, the congressmen had met with Army Gen. George W. Casey Jr., the top U.S. commander in Iraq.

Default accident

errigance is what caused the accident.
The vehicle they hit did not yield but then the vehicle they were in also did not yield.
Its a common practice in Iraq to drive down the middle of the road to avoid roadside bombs, there were two vehicles headed at each other in the middle of the road, eather one could have yield but neither did.
If they weren't so errigant they would have yield, but then they also wouldn't have all this coverage.
There idiots, and I don't feel sorry for them.

Still waiting for the day that I see you post one thing with any positive meaning to it. You really should consider talking to someone. I am sure the department that you are on has people on staff that you could talk to for free. Something to think about.

"Meetin'" is the literary form of "meeting".... "Consummation" is what is performed after the wedding to formalize the marriage (sex)
Cops are normally referred to as "Pigs" Hense the old joke "I smell bacon cookin' {literary form of cooking")when there's (literary form of there is)a cop near by

Default Bob and Catman

consumation is what you wrote Bob, not Consummation.

Catman , You made the post, I just comented on it. What you think is a positive meaning to what I post is really not important. You post whatever it is you want to post and so will I.

You two guys belong to the rainbow cub or something? or dateing?
