Bay of Fundy
A stretch of water between Nova Scotia and New Brrunswick has the highest change of water hight from Tides. from its lowest to its highest water levels caused by the tides is a difference of 50 feet.
Just a little education. |

On the history channel the other night they had a show about natural disasters. There is an island in the Canary Islands, that if it seperates from a landslide it will fall 120 feet into the ocean and cause tidal waves that would hit Africa, and the East Coast. The Bay of Fundy was mentioned since the tide changes differ so much that 20 tidal waves 90 feet hight would hit Nova Scotia every 10 mintues. The same would happen along the entire American East Coast and Devesate Florida.
