Default Iraq

Even Republicans are starting to question the Prolonged Iraq war.
I don't think any sane person wants to leave Iraq before its time to leave, except maybe, some Democrats, however, just how long are we going to stay there.
A United States Army recruit take 8 weeks of basic and 8 weeks of AIT to be trained enough where he/she can function in a military unit and do the job. Now we have been traing Iraq army for 3 years and they don't have enough trained soldiers to protect their own country?
I don't think we should have a deadline to leave , but other deadlines might be in order. Like training or a soldier should take no more than 3 months, or the commander gets changed. The soldier himself has to take some responsibility for the training, If he can't be trained in 3 months he should be released.
Destroy the cities on the Syrian border and dig up the roads and mine the entire border.
Pick a fight with Iran, This will unite the Iraqi people and soldiers for a common cause, and as the United States will still be there, we can help.
