Phillips in Custody
I would ask WHY? Why isn't this guy dead? He shoots 3 police officers, (one dies) and he is allowed to surrender.
What a bunch of whooooooooos New York cops. Now he gets free room& board for the rest of his life, fead and clothing, TV games , education, etc. and the cops family gets to go to a grave site. Amazing. Ron

Police Officers enforce the law, they don't interpet the law, nor should they use viglenate tatics. Rest assured in their hearts the police officers would have had no problems shooting this idiot. It would be bad for them to do that.

I want to go to the world your living in, Police officers enforce the law, interpet the law, and are judge and jury, Sometimes they even make up a law. Not that they should do that its just fact. Quote" Im taking you to jail and your going to get 5 years" end quote. The guy that said to phillips, SURRENDER, should have never said that, He should have first emptied his gun, and told all his friends that he seen something shinny Phillips was reaching for. But then, The laws for using deadly force are different in most states. NY cops probibly can't shoot someone driving past them in a traffic stop. I guarente you that in Texas, if a cop steps in front of your vehicle and you atempt to drive around him, you will die, right there, right then. Ron

Hey Booger!
Since you're a donut-eating, certified police occifer, are you so bereft of personal integrity that you would shoot first and ask questions later? Are you really the judge and the jury, or do you give other folks a chance to function in that role? Have you ever made up the law on the fly, or have you ever used the law on your zipper?

No,,,,, Cops are honest law abiding people that uphold the law and have no personal feelings what-so-ever, I guess thats why they have locks on there lockers in the locker room that is off limits to the public. I could care less that this guy shot 3 officers and one died, The State of NY has to pay for the rest of his life, good for them.
