Hand Fired Missles

Do any of know or heard of it?

Suppose to be like a Bazooka, but the missle it fires can travel 1 mile in 3 seconds, and destry a 747 or bigger.

It was on the news, but noone brought it up here that I can see.

Suppose to be one mean MF, and we have some also.

Just wondering.............
