Boats,

The sub that is displayed alongside the Alabama is the USS Drum (SS-228).

She's a WW2 diesel boat.

She earned a bunch of combat stars in WW2 (12 I think).

She looks big in the pic, but when ya get inside her, ya understand why WW2 submariners were tested extensively for claustrophobia!
