Kerry protested against a useless, stupid and immoral war which resulted in the torture of John McCain and you blame Kerry for something the North Vietnamese did. If the people who started the war in Vietnam had had the viewpoint that Kerry came to after being *in* Vietnam, then the war would never had been launched and McCain would never have been in harm's way in the first place.
