Small Folded American Flag

Need help locating the young girl that makes the small folded American Flags for troops. My son is now in Iraq and I would like to see about getting his squad some of these. He left S. Korea with the 2ID and now is in the sand box.
Very happily willing to donate for the cause and show my appreciation.
After reading a little, I have found that our troops can't fly the colors in Iraq as of April 2003. So my idea was to contact this young girl I read about and get them all the small folded flag.
Any help or assistance will be greatly appreciated.
