Another treat the symptoms and not the cause. Although they will most likely use it in conjunction with a treatment program, nobody does anything about the the cause of PTSD which is politicians that think they are Generals and are more than happy to put anyone but themselves in harms way. They're happy as long as they don't have to live with the memories.
