OK, so what is the problem?

It looks like any other thing that 1) has guns and 2) is used in
combat to me. What's so fucking special about that thing?

Nobody thinks about the big picture here. they see water, sunset, they
think Gulf of Tonkin or South China Sea, and it can't be.

There is a part of IV Corps (deep south, western coast) where one CAN
watch the sun set over the sea.
I'm just gonna keep pretending that's where they were standing, and
not Nha Trang.

Close, they are fielded to only two brigades at this point of the 6 that
will eventually use them.
The main purpose is to work out many of the new concepts that the FCS
(Future Combat System) will use.
The Heavies arn't going away any time real soon.
