Default Georgia Congresswoman McKinney Loses Runoff

http://cbs4boston.com/national/topst...220232414.html

Cynthia McKinney, the fiery Georgia congresswoman known for her conspiracy theories about the Sept. 11 attacks and the scuffle she had earlier this year with a U.S. Capitol police officer, lost a runoff election Tuesday for her district's Democratic nomination.

Attorney Hank Johnson, a former county commissioner, soundly defeated McKinney. With 92 percent of the precincts reporting, Johnson led with 59 percent of the vote -- more than 11,000 votes over McKinney.

Johnson, a political unknown three weeks ago, strode into the ballroom of his campaign party to shouts of, "Hank! Hank! Hank!"

"What we have done today, ladies and gentlemen, is something that has been watched by the nation," Johnson told cheering supporters as he claimed victory.

Meanwhile, there was no sign of McKinney at her campaign celebration for most of the night. Her campaign manager, John Evans, blamed the loss on the so-called ABC -- Anybody But Cynthia -- movement.

"It's over," Evans said. "Folks just beat us. They got a lot of white votes, a lot of Republican votes and they took some of our votes where we have been stable."

Evans also pointed to low voter turnout and the March scuffle between McKinney and a Capitol Hill police officer as reasons for her defeat.

It was a race watched by the nation and race was her calling card. Bet the Capital Police are having a party. Cynthias staff roughed up some of the press after her loss. ABC !

Kinda restores your faith in Democracy knowing that the Dubya's of Jawjah can see that McKinney was a fool trying to play them for a fool. McKinney tried to make a laughing stock of her constituents and they didn't fall for it. I was in the local high school yesterday and there's a sign in th lobby saying that all visitors must register for and wear their visitors pass where it's clearly visable while in the school and while registering, I was informed that the rule also applied to members of Congress and it didn't matter what color your skin was.

See they blame the defeat partially on the Wascalwy Wepubwicans & of course, Whitey. Could it be that they had a lousy candidate?

I'd like to say one thing about Race.
Afermative action,
I think we need it , Lets start with the NBA.
I want short white guys and a few Brown people maybe some fatties. . After all the United States Has only 12 or 13 percent Black so thats what should be on a NBA team.
Next we'll got to the NFL.
I would like to make 15 million a year. I can bounce a ball and throw it at a ring and miss, Just like they do.

McKinney is a ideot.
Shell go to the well fair office and gets her food stamps.

The loss couldn't have happened to a better thug. May she now find honest work, if that's possible.

I don't think she quite qualified for the pension and other perks, but I could be wrong. If she's entitled to anything, other than a Scottish moon, I'll be terribly disappointed.

Talking Ah Shucks!

She was so entertaining. The less intelligent are so fun with there theories and all. I enjoyed her stupidity.
Saddened by the fact that so many believed her foolish ideas and remarks.
