I know thats why the FBI is holding them, BUUUUUUUT they haven't chaged them.
You go out of the country and when you try to get back in the FBI says we are going to hold you. NO charge, just we going to hold you, because you went somewhere. Terrorist training camp is a subjective term, (lets see this camp)
No charges are filed against you Pac, You just can't come back to the US.

If there are no charges filed then why are they being held, Because they are arab decent? Thats not a statement of fact its a question?
Like I said, I could care less about them, Shoot them where they stand, But when you hold a United States citizen without a charge theres something wrong with that. You wouldn't stand for being held for one min if the FBI didn't charge you. Would You?

Here might be a difference that all can understand:

They aren't charged, Charge them or let them go, Or shoot them where they stand.

Yes I would if I went to a training camp of the enemy without getting that approved by the government first. I would expect worse than just not being allowed back in.

December 8, 1941. Pack goes to Tokyo Japan and goes to the Japanese Imperial Army's boot camp. Pack then tries to come back to the United States. I don't think I'd have a bitch if they told me, don't bother...your not allowed back in. I also don't think my rights would be being violated. I gave those up when I went to the Japanese boot camp.

I don't care if they charge these guys or not. Let them rot somewhere else.

Thats ok and I would pull the trigger on them, Except your trying them and sentenceing them without a trial or a charge brought against them. Them being citizens of the US deserve to be inocent until proven guilty, or is that just for some?
1st thing would be to charge them with something. Or we can just skip the fact that we are a nation of laws. Even if we don't like them, they are citizens and as such there rights are demanded of us.
