Default USS Liberty Site Info:

Dear members of the USS Liberty Inquiry discussion forums,

As of September 2005, the day-to-day administration of www.usslibertyinquiry.com changed hands. The forums were taken offline for maintenance so the website could be transferred to another server, but there were technical difficulties and limitations preventing the forums from being re-launched in a timely fashion.

Today, December 11, marks the re-launch of the forums. We hope that all members?past, present, and future?will use this opportunity to intellectually discuss the Israeli attack on USS Liberty on June 8, 1967.

There have been some minor changes in forum organization but all past discussion threads and posts remain on the forums. Users and passwords have not changed, but if you have forgotten your password, follow the instructions or send us an email at admin@usslibertyinquiry.com.

We would like to remind you of the hierarchy of the forums. A registered member can only post in the regular member discussion forum. An advanced member can post in all forums. To become an advanced member, you must demonstrate that you will behave respectfully, have a genuine interest in the attack, and agree to abide by our Zero-Tolerance Policy. It really isn?t that much difficult to ?demonstrate? this: a simple e-mail to admin@usslibertyinquiry.com will usually do the trick.

Ken Halliwell (ken@usslibertyinquiry.com) will continue to act in the capacity of the forum moderator, assisting Andrew Nacin (andrew@usslibertyinquiry.com), who administrates the website. The website is supported by Liberty survivors Jim Ennes (jim@usslibertyinquiry.com), Joe Meadors (joe@usslibertyinquiry.com), and John Hrankowski (john@usslibertyinquiry.com).

Though we hope to have no problems, we remind all to abide by our Zero-Tolerance Policy (http://www.usslibertyinquiry.com/mis...tolerance.html) while posting on our forums.

Thanks,
Andrew Nacin
Researcher and Administrator

Roger that Robert, there is no other excuse that can be given. The fact that "they" have gotten away with this crime is something that infuriates me. Yet we bend over to help "them" in every conflict they find themselves in.

When I was going through Re-hab at Long Beach NAV Hospital for PTSD we went to Group meetings at VA Center in Los Angeles. In our group was a sailor (I forget his name) who was onboard the Liberty when it was attacked. That is how I originally learned about the attack, but when I saw the documentary on the History Channel it really hit home seeing all the damage to ship.

They were an amazing crew! Not enough credit was even given to these men. They seek justice to this day, hopefully they will find it.

I have joined the USS LIBERTY forum and amazed at the reports and the way the governmnet has lied and the Isralei governemnt has lied. Everyone says that it 39 years ago now let is pass. Well I say to them tell the crew of the USS LIBERTY it is in the past. They will find out that due to cover ups and lies, the crew can find no closure to the attack.
