Coast Guard honors 4 in Illinois River rescue
09-27-2012 10:30 AM Four people were honored Thursday morning for their efforts in saving a diver with the Peoria County Underwater Rescue Team in March. At a ceremony at the Fondulac Park District office, the U.S. Coast Guard honored two divers, Joshua Jeffries, 28, of Morton and Brett J.
