03-13-2013 09:34 AM HOUSTON (Reuters) - A raging fire generating huge plumes of black smoke continued to burn on Wednesday after being ignited when a tug boat pushing an oil barge struck a liquid petroleum gas pipeline south of New Orleans, the U.S. Coast Guard said.
