05-29-2013 06:42 PM POQUOSON--The Coast Guard rescued four people from the Back River Wednesday after a 12-foot sailboat overturned. The incident happened around 3 p.m. A crew aboard a 25-foot* Coast Guard response boat* from Coast Guard Station Little Creek in Virginia Beach alerted their base after spotting the overturned sailboat.
