You'd Better Not Belch!

Have you ever noticed how presidential campaigns are no longer a list of plus factors that portray a candidate’s best qualities? Rather, they often degenerate into a manure-slinging contests in which it is not any “Self-Good” that is outlined, but rather the sleaze and the filth that comes oozing to the surface, leaving us all with but a choice between the lesser of two evils!

Many people tend to vote along political party lines, with their minds made up long before the race for the gold even begins! One thing however, leaves me with a sense of uneasiness and even fear for the well-being of our nation, it being, the degree of poisoned rhetoric that is delivered up against the person running against you! And if only half of the trash-talk is true, then it has got to make you wonder if any candidate is worthy of our trust, or is fit to join the ranks of Americans liked Washington, Jefferson, and Lincoln?

But in either case, don’t these presidential hopefuls realize that the rest of the world is also watching their tirades and is storing away what is being said now for future reference! Our nation has to come first - not egos, not personalities, not political connections, and certainly not personal power!

Now I ask you: “What about this is so damned hard to understand?”
