Beware The Invisible Poison
12-17-2023
Just how much of what you see and hear within the media (ie- the television, radio or in print) is geared toward anything but transferring the greenbacks from your wallets into theirs? Or do you genuinely believe that everything that you are privy to is there to better your own life or for your own edification? The fact is, that much of what is pumped into your brain, is transmitted with but a single purpose, and that is to separate you from your wallet – “AND THAT IS A FACT!” So could it be that this “Invisible Poison” actually resides deeply within your very own brains? And maybe, just maybe, it is a person’s compulsion to ‘believe’ everything that is being redundantly spoon-fed into them over the airwaves, and then to buy, buy, buy?! Granted – Competition is the fuel that makes our economy spin, but just how much of what you purchase and consume, is a genuine, life-sustaining necessity, and how much more of it is pure impulse and frivolity, and are you really able to separate one from the other? In short, how many times have you entered a store (or a supermarket), with a list in hand and ended up walking out of the place a whole lot poorer, but no more wiser? But then, maybe this is all a part of our thriving economic system – once again, buy, buy, buy!? And the more that you purchase, the harder you have to work, and the more that you are pressured to labor-on, until that day finally arrives when “Dear Old Mother Nature” puts an unceremonious end to your participation in this human rat race – and so it is!! But alas, not to worry, as even “King Solomon Himself” must also have been plagued with the occasional impulse buying spree!? A new six-horse-power chariot or maybe even a couple of dozen new wives perhaps! You Know - Maybe, ‘Dear Old King Solomon’ Wasn’t All That Wise After All?! Hardcore
