California is Burning --Again/still
I don't get why this is news.
9% relative humidity, 90 degrees, 60 mph winds, Just like last year at this time and just like the last 30,000 years. They fight the fire, for days, weeks and sometimes months, and when it rains the fire goes out. Millions of taxpayers $, for nothing. People that build in a fire prone area should not receive any fire insurance, that cost everyone higher premiums when the inevitable happens, just as people that build a house in the Florida Keys should not get wind or water damage insurance. The media gets hours of coverage sometimes days, I don't get it. This scenario has been the same for many, many years (fire, Hurricanes) and governments and insurance companies keep issuing building permits and insurance policies. An early news flash, Tornado next summer in Kansas. Snow in Montana, Rain in Washington, Hot in Arizona, Fire in California, Hurricane in Florida. Now I need to get paid for my predictions.
