The U.S. Army posted a photo:

U.S. Army Soldiers from Charlie Company, 3rd Battalion, 187th Infantry Regiment, 3rd Brigade, 101st Airborne Division, provide security during a mission in the Zirat Mountain Area, Waza Kwah District, Paktika province, Afghanistan, July 7. The purpose of the mission is to disrupt anti-Afghan forces and find enemy caches.
