Chief Warrant Officer Kenneth D. Volker, an aviation safety officer assigned to U.S.Army Reserve Command headquarters, was promoted to Chief Warrant Officer Five, Oct. 21, 2010, at Fort Bragg, N.C. Volker is a member of the USARC Advance Echelon (ADVON) for the command's relocation to Fort Bragg in accordance with the 2005 Base Realignment and Closure legislation.
