He is usually sitting next to me at his computer working. He's a computer nerd by trade, and I mean that most affectionately. We have a full server system with two workstations at home. He just hasn't really had much interest in chatting since shortly after we met.
Keith may yell at me for this one, but shhhh don't tell him I met my husband on the internet nearly 10 years ago. Back then it was a very small community, mostly people interested in working with computers on the tech level, college kids (me) and military folks (me too). He's also the reason I upped and moved to NY. Now back to the Navy. I agree all the military prospered nicely under Uncle Ronny. The "Chief" just told me that the new talk is to start increasing the number of ships in the fleet but not the manpower! They claim that the ships will be more "automated". YEAH Right! No matter how automated you make an aircraft carrier it will still require bodies to run the thing! Wow! DL
