Dear Larry:

Jack Kemp, Dick Armey, and Dorcas Hardy invite you to join them in the most important reform the U.S. will undertake in the 21st century -- Personal Retirement Accounts.

You have heard that the Social Security system is broken. It is. The good news is we know how to fix it. But the politicians won't do it. That's why we have formed the Alliance for Retirement Prosperity and why we need every working American like you to help.

Yes, it's true that by the end of next decade, Social Security will be out of funds. Yes, it is true that Social Security is a "scheme" and that we can only keep it going by raising taxes again and by cutting benefits.

We know what makes America and freedom so great is that crisis can be transformed into opportunity. We have a great opportunity today.

The bankrupt Social Security "scheme" can be transformed into a real retirement investment program for all workers. The Alliance is fighting to bring this transformation about so that you can save half the current payroll tax (FICA on your paycheck) in a Personal Retirement AAccount that you own and control.

Default Wow!!!...Gimpy & MORTARDUD.

Talk about two sorry-ass-excuses of politically brainwashed boobs,...that even master deprogramers would give up as a lost cause, since not worth the effort. You both gotta get out in The Real World for a spell,...before you drown to death in your very own bullshit.

Regardless, and in fairness, you both supply a lot of laughter here for myself and others, even though quite obviously identical dribble and nonsense, such as what's laughingly repeated over and over and over by other Moore type sickos and/or like-minded Dems/Libs/Leftist deceivers on The Campaign Trail.

Still, it is quite fortunate for America that you and most others of The Clintons, Kennedy, Kerry Party and/or: "The ends justify the means" crowd,...are always SO-DAMN-OBVIOUS, and especially when in your whinning modes. That way, and since who-the-hell can actually believe and take such fools seriously,...America usually suffers minimal damage. The Clinton Era being the exception, and We're still suffering the great damage done to Country by Lover-boy, to this very day.

Default Larry...

Whether you or anyone think comparison of Our National FICA to a corporate 401K is: "The MOST ludicrous", ridiculous or whatever thing ever heard here on patriotfiles.com,...such is absolutely meaningless to all People (Workers & Employers) paying into The Social Security System, all People collecting from Social Security, and all People fortunate having 401Ks. Did I miss anyone?

The absolute truth of the matter, is that: "Never to be Taxed Social Security" (as first initiated by FDR, and as existing for about 30 years thereafter) was actually BETTER than 401Ks,...since monies paid into it were never taxed, monies paid-out to recipients were never taxed, and employers contributed and matched employee contributions dollar for dollar.. Until Lordly Dems unilaterally decreed otherwise to get their grubby-little-mitts on A OLD AGE RETIREMENT & MEDICAL INSURANCE FUND held in trust,...it actually worked quite well.

Then too, on most 401Ks Employers only have to match/contribute 3% of the employees salary, and of which the Employee can (if wanted) contribute up to 12% of salary, thus arriving at the maximum 15% allowable. Every dime of which received at retirement (in incriments or lump sum) is taxable as regular income.

The only basic differences between 401Ks and Social Security, are that 401Ks AREN'T mandatory, Employers DON'T have to match Employee Contributions dollar for dollar or 50/50 as with Social Security,...and no doubt why Social Security includes Old Age Medical Insurance and/or Medicare, whereas 401Ks DO NOT.

I see absolutely NOTHING of the realities stated as: "Ludicrous",...except The Dems' greed over the years, at fouling-up a pretty good: "Supplemental" retirement system.

Hey,...if politicos want to generously increase Medicaid Payments, just increase taxes. Whatever, no Welfare Monies should ever be taken from MY/YOUR/OUR National Old Age Retirement Fund, or even additional 401Ks. It's just not right,...no matter how many Beltway Gods BS Folks differently.

Default Larry...

Glad you threw-in-the-towel on that Democrat usurped Social Security business. Now we can get back to Scamp's quite profound: "...nobody wins in November" and especially America,...if the favorite and favored party (re. America's Democrat Party) of likeminded Arabs, French, Germans, Russians and UN win in November.

Hey,...don't get me wrong Larry. I'm not saying that Social Security's conniving and mishandling over the years by Dems, isn't/wasn't also important to Americans. But, if the War or Terrorism is commanded indecisively and more so capitulatingly by Democrat Political leadership,...Social Security might be the very least of our worries.

After all, NO ONE can collect from Social Security (401Ks either) after death.
Well,...legitimately anyway, or maybe if a foreigner (plus family and offspring) never having paid one thin dime into The Social Security System (thanks President Carter).
