I'm not sure who he is.

I attend about 10-15 A's games a year with my dad and son. I have a nice time, but I'm not a big baseball buff. I follow only the A's. Sorry. My dad follows the Twins. He developed a soft spot for them.

I do remember Kirby Puckett quite well. My memory escapes me..I don't remember the other players names. I did like the team when I lived there.

Your dad is a smart man. Kirby has fallen from grace. He is going thru a divorce with innuendo's of abuse. He recently appeared in court on a charge of fondling a women in a restuarant rest room. Really ruined his public image.

The family is fine. Paul got a promotion and both of my kids were in the Christmas parade. No snow yet....key word here is yet. It is cold. I miss Dave and Bern!!! I cant get into chat so talking to Dave (fave pasttime of mine) is impossible.
I'll be around here for a few weeks more..then I am off to Mongolia to teach. I'll have to give you all my email addy there (for when I can get to an internet cafe) and amailing address so you can write! I have a feeling I'll miss English.
Now...whiskey or kuumis all? *G*

It's too bad about Kirby. Back in the 80's he had it together. Kent Herbeck was another one of my favorite players on the Twins.
