Ellensburg is having one its more snowy winters. We've had over 5 ft of snow fall after all the settling we only have about 18'' on the ground right now. The passes in the Cascades are really getting it this year Forrest Service says that snow pack is running about 200% and they are now measuring snow by the foot and not by inches. Over ten feet on the ground at Snoqualmie Pass. The rivers will run high all summer.
