Default First off

Larry.....those are ribs....anybody can cook ribs. We're talkin' BBQ.

Ron, I know your from Illinois so your comments are suspect. First off, Texas became a Republic, not a country. They begged to become part of the South and were admitted on the condition that they don't call beef BBQ. They renigged. 2nd off...only in Texas is beef considered BBQ. Its BEEF. Now, maybe you guys make good beef....but Chicago would argue with you about that...but you don't know squat about Pork!

Scout....since when is it wrong to screw with Lepers????? It was the only entertainment us po-folk had other than sex. Sorry bout your first 2 brides...should have paid their way to Lexington. We'd have fixed em' right up and won awards.

Ron...it's a vinegar and tomato base. In SC it's mustard based. Our seafood is also above reproach. Best of all worlds. (In Alabama its mayonase.....it's why nobody moves TOO Alabama.)

BobK....stay the hell out of this.

I will be the odd one out and say I don't like BBQ to awfully much and I hate ribs.

I am partial to Texas beef, but I like to stay local.

Now seafood is not best at red lobster.

NY is speedie sauce. None better.
If meat is BBQ without sauce, what is a BBQ?

We have the best Chicken BBQ restaurant... Brooks House of BBQ. They make their own sauce and sell it both locally and on line. AND they have their own rib sauce too.

http://www.brooksbbq.com/

Vinegar... used to break down the meat. Tomato... for the taste. Good on rabbit, squirrel. Partridge is good too.

Default Red Lobster

is the greatest seafood in the world. Nothing but fresh right out of the ocean. Can't wait for you to come back east Chris....we just got a new Capt'n D's!

Larry et al......just think about this. Ya'll are comparitive rookies when it comes to BBQ. I don't think Texas or Tennessee were part of the original 13 colonies. We forced out all the people that made crappy BBQ and they either went west, (Tennessee, Texas) or to Georgia. Larry, of course I've heard of Pulled Pork. Get yourself a girlfriend and you won't have to do that anymore and it will free up your time to come to Carolina and get some real BBQ.

Ya'll are nothing but copycats and not very good ones.

North Carolina and South Carolina Rule in the BBQ world. All other are mere jesters.

Not to get too far off course, but if you morons think that 'Red Lobster' serves good seafood, then your gastronomic tastes are equivalent to bOOger's sense of humor - low, base, inane, tasteless, and without any socially redeeming qualities. Sheeesh - and once I thought some of you guys had some class???????????
