This asshole made a huge mistake. He told the court that he didn't want out of the Army....just out of Iraq. The court found this to be a contradiction. Had he said he would not want to finish his tour due to being a complete CO and could not support the Army's efforts even at home.....he probably would have won. Bet the others don't make this mistake. I like Frisco's Idea. Would be a fate worse than death.
