Default Blue...

Don't doubt your: "2,000,000" figure of felons whom; "Cannot vote". But, if only half of the digusting nonsense exposed during the last couple of elections is true,...such really doesn't matter and Darrel can vote as often as he likes.

Registrations can be mailed-in.

Voters don't have to prove anything.

Voters don't even have to prove they're American Citizens,...much less: "Felons".

Which reminds me. Since about 30% of all in America's Correctional Facilities are: "Criminally Illegal Aliens",...after serving terms and being released, are "They" deported?
Or, do The American Taxpayer STILL have to support them after their release, and into perpetuity? Anyone out there know?

Ya got me there, Recon...

I ain't got a clue, other than suggestions which might include abolishing:
- Electoral College
- Gerrymandering (aka "redistricting" or "reapportionment")
- Closed Primaries
- Sovereign Immunity
- Eminent Domain
- Imputed Income
- Clerical Errors

You are correct. Darrel could/can vote.

It is against the law for him to vote in the state of Washington. :ek:

In spite of that, the last time Darrel got his driver's license renewed, they asked him if he wanted to register. He said "sure" figuring that the would just send it back as not eligible.

Instead they sent him a voter's registration card and a "vote by mail" ballot. :re:

He has not voted because he is not eligible.

I vote.

Default voting

Some people would be afraid to vote because there may be warrants out against them and voting officials might be working with the police. They probably would not be guilty of any crime but fear is a strong motivator.

People who are infirm to include the elderly might not be able to obtain identification, thus would not vote.

Rural Americans: don?t know, don?t think we have any rurals in Massachusetts.

The first two reasons have nothing to do with my thinking, just repeating what I read in the newspapers.

Seriously, wonder how this would work out regarding absentee ballots.

Stay healthy,
Andy
