I agree, time for veterans to let the government know you have fuc*ed over us for the last time. Now we are going to take action. Sign me up for the march, hell I have blazer I will drive to DC to stand up this sh*t. Bush economics really stinks and he wants to screw over us. after all his campaining at veteran rallies saying that he see to it that vets are taken care of. Yup she sure is isn't he he sticking it right up our as**s.

My unit's motto is "Deeds Not Words".

I sse no positive deeds that Bush and Co. have accomplished regarding active duty military and veterans in the last 5 years unless you count sending troops into harms way with totally inadequate equipment, attempting to cut soldiers pay as they went to war, cutting veterans benefits in any form or fashion they can, and all the while making it appear that none of the above is true......

Well, not to disagree Larry, but I work for the military and their pay has increased 20% since he's been in. Their benefits also including a huge increase in life insurance. In 1992 I was paid equivilant to a Lt.Col. I now make less than a Captain, right around a 1st Lt. But I do agree that more can be done for Veterans, especially.

Packo :

I was referring to what they did just before and during the invasion in 2003. When it became public they reversed engines and raised everything. Whatever their pay is now, it is not enough. Thanks for the correction !
