You're quite right in your assessment that our Cambodian incursion bit them in the ass. I believe Doc 2/47 was with my old battalion during that time, while I was with a grunt company, OPCON to the 1st Cav Division. My company found, among other things, 396 SKS rifles, which became instant bartering material whenwe got back to our main base. While in Cambodia, I helped create the world's largest howitzer, when we set of agigantic explosion in a man-made cave! But that's another story.
