Open your picture in Paint brush, I see its called thanksgiving tirky and it had a file that is a JPG.
Open it in paint and then "save as", Pick JPEG from the "save as Type" bar. and save it what ever file name you wish.
Then when you want to download a picture to a post go to the Browse bar and find your picture file. Double click the file name and it will be put in the Browse bar, Then all you need to do is submit reply
Hears how in pictures.

Now in your "Reply" Go to Browse and find the file you just saved, and double click on it. That will put your file in Browse then you just click Submit reply

Yes cell phone pictures can be Downloaded , if you have the program, After downloading you can transfer or convert to what ever file extention you wish. Go to where you got your cell phone and ask them how to Download picture onto your computer, they will sell you a program. most likely a "futuredial" program. Depends on the cell phone you have.
