The generals say do not worry about it. The national guard was really not retreating they were not there to protect the border that's why there were not cartridges in their weapons . Have no fear the politically correct crowd has everything under control . Democrat Republican it matters not as the politically correct crowd is in control soldiers really do not need any cartridges for those rifles .
