Trav not so those are the same three that I had herniated the pain was terrible and the L&I people kept sending me to therapy which made things worse. Finally had surgery and the sciatica stop at once and I could walk standing up right again. My friend, get a second opion,for I be thinks your nurse practioner is full if ka-ka big time
