define "neo-Dachau" please? This is the first time I've heard Guantanamo
described that way and I don't know what it means.

No, I hadn't noticed the FACT you outlined. I'm curious to know where exactly
this FACT came from and, after I know that, I'll probably like to know how they
procured such information from the government, particularly the government's
expansion plans for Guantanamo. As you must already know, the base is of
limited size and the chances of our government getting additional land from
Fidel Castro so that we can expand it is somewhere between razor thin and none.

If you want credibility on this matter, you're going to have to post a reputable
link for starters. Do you have one and, if so, what is it?
