Hey Hey Hey now comes the kicker,
Petersons Attorneys want another Jury Panel to decide the punishment. !!!!!! I always thought that the jury that found the person GUILTY was suppose to deliver the sentence. This Judicial System really sucks. All kinds of grounds for appeals for this dude. 20 Years even before the Dude is put to death, ( my estimate ) enough...................
