Alan hides under several aliases and makes a habit of insulting individuals
such that he is disallowed in some groups. He posts to a group which
indicates that he is from the UK not the USA. See the following quote:
From: Alan (stuff.it.up.yer.@rse.com)
Subject: Bang goes another one ........
Newsgroups:
alt.sports.soccer.manchester.united.scum-haters,
alt.war.vietnam

Another account up the spout. Someone from a.w.v grassssed me this time.Me

cunt is....
Revenge smells sweet. hehehehehehehehe

Gee, Compty. Did Alan get to yer? Just the fooker if you can't
take the heat.
You make a point of insulting people regularly, what do you expect us to do
about Your and Alan's insults? It's Usenet; grow up and learn to live with
"IT".

It is generally considered rude (or worse) to quote another poster without
highlighting his text in some way to differentiate it from your own. Even
the "Top/Bottom" posting controversy does not raise such controversy as this
issue. If you are not an idiot, prove it; learn to follow the basic
quotation conventions.

Apparently being teased about his feminine "qualities" was enough to turn
him into a netkop. Hey, I *like* what I got.

Alan is a Professional Troll. You should show some respect and deference.
Without trying he is more interesting than you are on purpose.

You really are clueless, aren't you?
All this time and you have NO real idea who he is or where?
Spectacularly clueless.

Wrong, Compty, I ALWAYS use my real name, which is Alan, unless I am
very obviously forging someone.BTW, I'm from the UK, however I spend
my life between Japan and the Philipines, an various places in
between, and I've lost more usenet accounts than you've had hot women.

That's interesting - I don't believe any of my man parts grew in Vietnam -
in fact, after my first marriage I'm surprised that I was able to retain
them.

Any one else experience "personal growth (especially with regard to being a
man) - over there?
